PCEHS  WINS wins

Pasay City East High School won first place in  Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) in School (WINS)  in the division of Pasay City.  This simply shows that the school values the importance of proper hygiene and sanitation, adhering to the call in administering the program spearheaded by the Department of Education.

The WASH was one among the flagships of Oplan Kalusugan or Ok sa DepEd and likewise connected with the Ambassador and Ambassadress. This was composed of the steering group created through the initiative of Peter R. Cannon Jr. , School Health Program Coordinator, Project Management Team, the adviser of WinS Club, secretary of the WinS TWG and the school nurses.

The implementation of the program included the SBM-WinS data, student’s attendance, handwashing schedules, and WinS information dissemination.

The program is monitored and evaluated through the use of Monitoring Checklist 

Tool which was done twice a year.
