Lance T. Rivera of HUMMS Track, graduated With High Honors in PCEHS   Senior High School 2^nd Commencement Exercises held at Cuneta Astrodome, Pasay City, April 3, 2019.

Rivera’s Words of Inspiration was truly remarkable as he read the  quotation from Horace :”, “EDUCATION, THEN, BEYOND ALL DEVICES OF HUMAN ORIGIN, IS A GREAT EQUALIZER OF THE CONDITION OF MEN.”

He believed that we live in a world where we are always being judged for being different, the way we look, the way we speak, the way we think, even our gender identity, and as a result, we lost the confidence and the ability to believe that we are capable of being successful in our chosen endeavor in life.

With the theme “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for All” the graduation rites started with the Processional by the Guests, Faculty and Candidates for Graduation followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem with Ms. Nerissa SM. Tugadi, Teacher Conductress, and Ms. Sonia R. Baes, pianist.

Mrs. Analyn B. Dorado, OIC-Values Education led the Invocation; the Pasay City Hymn with Ms. Nerissa SM. Tugadi and Ms. Sonia R. Baes.

Arianne C. Lopena, with High Honor was welcomed everyone to witness their first step to college life.

Mr. Peter R. Cannon, Jr., Principal III was beaming with pride in the Presentation of Candidates for Graduation and Attestation of Satisfactory Completion of Requirements for Graduation with Dr.Evangeline P. Ladines, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent for the Confirmation of Graduates.

Distribution of Diploma was led by Dr.Evangeline P. Ladines, CESO V, Schools Division Superintendent assisted by  Mr. Peter R. Cannon, Jr., Principal III and Dr. Renato B. Mesada , PSDS- Cluster 10 .

Awarding of Medals to Graduates with Honors followed after the distribution of diploma

Dr. Renato B. Mesada, read the message for the graduates by Dr. Leonor M. Briones, Secretary of the Department of Education.

Mr. Peter R. cannon, Jr. introduced the Guests of Honor in the persons of Hon. Antonino G. Calixto, City Mayor of Pasay and Hon Congresswoman Imelda Calixto-Rubiano.

The Pledge of Loyalty was led by Gene Rose M. Abanto, with Honors before the singing of the graduation song, “In This Moment”. By hgdimafelix
