Juniors clad in their formal wear showed class and elegance during the Juniors’ Promenade held last March 22, 2019 at the PCEHS’ school ground.
The event hosted by Wilson B. Pangan and Marra Alyssa P. Santiago started with the Processional headed by Mr. Peter R. Cannon , Jr., Principal III together with the Department Heads, Grade 10 Coordinators, Grade 10 students and their advisers , Grade 10 subject teachers and the GPTA officers who were equally classy and elegant like the Juniors.
Juan Miguel Rosales of G10 – Rizal led the Invocation and PCEHS Chorale with Ms. Sonia Baes for the Philippine National Anthem.
Mr. Baltazar L. Gonzaga, G10 Coordinator/TLE-Prac. Arts Head III was in high spirit as he welcomed everyone to enjoy and have fun .
Mr. Peter R. Cannon , Jr Principal III inspired the Juniors to continue striving for their future and at the same time enjoy life.
Awarded during the Juniors’ Prom were Nicodemus Taytay & Tiffanie Marie Santos both from who both won the title Mr. and Ms Junior HS 2019 respectively, together with the other winners in the search held last March 19 ,2019 at Pasay City East High School gymnasium.
The Search for Mr.& Ms Juniors was held on a separate date to make way for the showcase of beauty and talent from the contestants with the Q&A as the highlight of the search.

The event became more colorful when all the contestants in the Search for Mr & Ms Juniors 2019 danced the Cotillon de Honor to the tune of “I Won’t Give Up On You” by Jason Mraz .

Recognition 2019- “Unity in Diversity “
“Ang mga kabataan ang pangako ng kinabukasan” – Dr. Rosanna A. Diana
This was the inspiring message of Dr. Rosanna A. Diana, an alumna of Pasay City East High School, Batch ’84 during the Recognition Day 2019 with the theme : “Unity in Diversity: Quality Education for all” held in school gymnasium last March 29.
Dr. Diana believed that the youth will always be the promise of the best future for this country.
Mr. Peter R. Cannon Jr. , Principal III welcomed all the parents and reiterated that they deserved to be congratulated for a job well done in the success of their children.
SY 2018 – 2019 proved to be academically fruitful to the students of PCEHS and all the stakeholders . Mr. Peter R. Cannon, Jr is so proud of these achievements
There is a total of 296 awardees in the Junior and Senior High School :289 With Honors and 7 With High Honors from Grade 7 to Grade 12 Level.
The grade 10 level has the biggest number of academic awardees with a total of 88 With Honors and 5 With High Honors.
Aside from the Academic Excellence Awardees, medals and certificates were also given to the different awardees from the JHS and the SHS in their outstanding performance in specific discipline such as Sports , Arts, Communication Arts ( English and Filipino ) , Mathematics, Science , Social Sciences, Tech – Voc ( H.E/P.A) , Work Immersion , Research , and Innovation.
“Best in Class” in all the Grade levels were also given recognition and awards as well as the winners in different competitions in various categories.
Mr. Rouell A. Santero , Assistant Principal II, SHS was overwhelming in his closing remarks reiterating that parents and teachers must be given thanks and praises for all their love and concern for the young . By: HGDimafelix
